Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we are happy to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Late Notice Cancellations Policy (less than 24 hours)

For same-day notice of change or cancellation we are less able to fill your appointment slot and a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, then we will review your next booking and may ask that you make a non-refundable payment of the full treatment fee in advance of your next treatment to secure the appointment.
