Kevin
With over 25 years of experience, Kevin offers expert massage and holistic treatments tailored to each client. From Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage to Aromatherapy, Thermal Stone and Indian Head Massage, his personalised approach helps ease muscular tension promote relaxation and support overall well being.
Simon
Simon is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, rebuild confidence and achieve their individual goals, whether recovering from injury or managing a long-term condition.
Dawn
Since qualifying as a Counsellor in 2004, I have dedicated my career to helping adults and children. My work in an Occupational Health Unit, a bereavement charity and at Body and Mind has equipped me with the expertise to support clients through a wide variety of challenges.
